Sweepstakes Rules
To participate in our sweepstakes and redeem prize winnings, you must be at least 21 years old and physically located in an eligible state within the United States at the time of play. Accounts registered from the states of Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, and New York are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes that award Sweeps Coins for cash prizes. Eligibility is verified using geolocation tools, and access may be restricted if you attempt to bypass location checks.
Only one account is permitted per person and per household. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or attempts to register additional accounts to claim bonuses are not allowed and will result in forfeiture of balances and potential account closure.
How Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins work — simple differences everyone should know
We use two distinct balances so you always know what’s play-for-fun and what’s eligible for prizes. Gold Coins are promotional currency for demo-style play and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins are the sweepstakes currency that can be redeemed for real cash prizes once you meet the redemption and verification requirements.
Sweeps Coins are not sold on their own. They are issued with certain Gold Coin packages, awarded through promotions, or granted via our free mail-in entry method. You can use Sweeps Coins to play eligible slots, table games, and video poker. Winnings from Sweeps Coins may be cashed out after meeting playthrough and verification rules.
No purchase is necessary to receive Sweeps Coins. Free entry is available via the mail-in Sweeps Coins request, and some sign-up bonuses also include Sweeps Coins automatically.
How to obtain Sweeps Coins — all available methods
You can obtain Sweeps Coins through several consistent methods:
- Sign-up welcome package — Automatic upon registration: 2,000,000 Gold Coins plus 2 Sweeps Coins.
- First purchase package — For example, a $10 purchase may include 5,000,000 Gold Coins plus 40 Sweeps Coins.
- Daily login rewards — Earn up to 1,400,000 Gold Coins and up to 8 Sweeps Coins per week, served as 1 Sweeps Coin per day that increases with streaks.
- Mail-in Sweeps Coins request — Free entry method: submit the required postcard or letter with the provided request code to the address shown on the site; approved requests receive 5 Sweeps Coins. One mail-in request per day is permitted, and processing can take up to 10 business days.
Promotions and amounts may change; check each promotional page for eligibility windows and terms. Sweeps Coins received automatically after qualifying actions do not expire immediately, but unplayed Sweeps Coins may expire after 60 days of account inactivity.
How sweepstakes play and wagering work
Sweeps Coins must satisfy a 1x playthrough requirement before winnings are eligible for redemption. All eligible Sweeps Coins games contribute 100% toward the playthrough requirement, including slots, table games such as blackjack and roulette, and video poker.
Gold Coins do not carry wagering requirements because they are for promotional play only. Sweeps Coins winnings remain in the Sweeps Coins balance separate from Gold Coins, and balances are tracked so you can see when you meet redemption thresholds.
Prize redemption — thresholds, verification, and processing
To request a payout, you must meet the minimum redemption threshold of 100 Sweeps Coins. Redemption requests are subject to identity and account verification before funds are released. Typical verification may include, but are not limited to:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
- Proof of payment method, for certain withdrawal types
- Additional documentation if requested to confirm age, identity, or source of funds
Withdrawals are processed after successful verification. Available payment methods include ACH, American Express, MasterCard, PaySafeCard, and Skrill, among others. Daily and per-transaction limits apply; for example, certain e-wallets may limit daily payouts, while bank transfers may accommodate larger amounts subject to additional checks. All redemptions are subject to anti-fraud review and required tax reporting where applicable. Processing times vary by method and verification status.
Account registration, verification timeline, and privacy
Create one account using accurate, current information. Accounts must be registered under the legal name of the player. Verification requests are typically initiated at the time of first withdrawal, high-value transactions, or if activity triggers security checks.
Allow reasonable time for verification — most standard verification requests are completed within a few business days once all documents are submitted. Incomplete, altered, or fraudulent documents will delay processing, and repeated failures may lead to account suspension.
We collect and store personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws. Data is used to verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and regulatory obligations.
Prohibited conduct and activity that will get you suspended
Abuse of the sweepstakes or attempts to manipulate the system will result in account suspension, loss of balances, and possible legal action. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or coordinating accounts to abuse promotions
- Using automated bots, scripts, or external software to play or place bets
- Exploiting promotional or technical flaws to gain unfair advantage
- Providing false or stolen identification or payment information
- Collusion with other players or disguising location to bypass geographic restrictions
- Chargebacks, disputed payments, or attempting to reverse transactions after receiving Sweeps Coins or cash
If prohibited activity is detected, the account may be frozen while we investigate. If we confirm violations, winnings may be voided, and funds permanently forfeited. We may pursue recovery through civil or criminal routes if warranted.
Fraud prevention and account security
We use automated systems and manual reviews to detect unusual patterns, bots, or coordinated behavior. Security measures include geolocation verification, device and network analysis, transaction monitoring, and identity verification. You should protect your account credentials, enable any offered security features, and notify support immediately of unauthorized access.
Cooperating with fraud investigations helps speed resolution. Refusing to provide requested documentation during a legitimate investigation can result in delays, withholding of payouts, and account termination.
Suspension, disqualification, and appeals
Accounts may be suspended or disqualified for policy violations, legal restrictions, or safety reasons. Common reasons for suspension include failed verification, receipt of fraudulent documentation, suspected collusion, or proximity to ineligible locations during play.
If your account is suspended, you will be notified and given the main reason for the action where permitted. You may be asked to provide documentation or clarify activity. If you disagree with the suspension outcome, follow the dispute process in the site Help Center. Decisions following a full review are final, except where local law provides additional rights.
